Our Story:
Crown Closings started in Kansas City with a simple idea: closings shouldn’t be chaotic. Led by Elyam Cedeño (licensed in KS & MO), we’ve supported 300+ closings totaling \$38M+ from traditional listings to assignments, wraps, and CFDs. We built rigorous SOPs and automations so timelines are met, requirements are cleared, and clients are never left wondering what’s next.
